Who we are:
Topaz Game Studios is an indie game studio looking to make furry visual novels and dating sims for the wonderful VN and Furry community to enjoy. Formed in early May, our studio is still relatively new but we have been blessed with many wonderful team members and community members from across the world, and today we hope to extend a place in our team to you!
What we need:
We are looking for a 2D artist to aid in our sprite drawing. Currently we have an art team consisting of around three people, with two independent background/CG artists and one main sprite artist. However it’s a lot of work designing our wonderful characters! So we’re looking for someone to help aid in the creation of our main/side character sprites!
About the Project:
Duty Calls is the Story of an 18 year old human cleric drafted into the ranks of the Tramoran Empire. With the empire fighting a seemingly endless war, our main character fears they’ll be shipped off to the front lines to die, repeating the same fate that befell their father nearly fifteen years prior. It is to our characters' surprise when instead they are deployed to Crescent Keep, a training institution in the middle of seemingly nowhere designed to prepare future infantry for the grueling physical requirements of battle.
With humans being considered too fragile to fight directly, Duty Calls follows our protagonist as he’s forced to care for 7 soldiers-to-be.
Will these newfound relationships lead to deeper feelings of friendship and love? Or will the horrors of war turn out to be an enemy far too strong to fight alone.
